Problems and prospects of the regulation of employment and unemployment population in Russia

One of the major problems of market-oriented economy at the level of macro-economic phenomenon is, of course, unemployment. The decision of the employment problems of regulation of the population requires a competent and professional approach, taking into account all the reasons for the imbalance in the labor market. The task is complicated by the fact that it is necessary to take into account the diversity of the components of economic and social conditions of application of the labor potential of society. The article deals with the acute problems in the field of state regulation of the labor process in socio-economic sphere of market economy.
