Problems and prospects for the establishment of legal safeguards information for evaluating the real estate and related rights in the context of an active housing

Analyzing the features of an information security evaluation, the author notes the existence of serious problems, which, in turn, makes the problem of the quality of assessment reports, as well as the ineffectiveness of the existing system of quality control. Noting the increasing role of information and analytical programs in the field of valuation, examining the legal framework, the author believes that at present there are all prerequisites to tackle the alleged problem. The paper proposes measures to improve the quality of information for valuation.
