The problems and antagonisms of the social sphere development in Russia and abroad

The study provides a comparative analysis of the elements of modern social policy in foreign countries. The research is based on comparative analysis, economic and statistical, sociological methods. The emphasis is placed on the analysis of global, state, and regional social antagonisms in the countries falling under the influence of the Silk Road. The study reveals that global and state antagonisms have an impact on regional processes. Based on field research and the analysis of international and Russian state regulation of the social sphere development, the author substantiates the need to increase the role of the state in dealing with social antagonisms. Besides, it is necessary to improve the control, regulation, and standardization system when attracting PPP-based businesses to health, education, science, social protection, and pension services.
