Problems and ways to improve monetary regulation of the bank of Russia

The article discusses the need to ensure quality state regulation of the current domestic monetary supply in accordance with the current requirements of the economy. It is shown that the content and methods of the regulator's policy remain the subject of controversy and discussion, both among theorists and among the expert community.
