Problems and ways to improve the regional budget of the Republic of Crimea

The structural features of the budget of the Republic of Crimea in the context of solving the problem of improving the quality of life and strengthening economic ties with other regions of the Russian Federation are investigated. Identification of the basic sectors of the regional economy. Structural-dynamic and coefficient analysis of incomes and expenditures of the budget of the Crimea is carried out. According to the rating, the Republic of Crimea is a subsidized region with a stagnant type of development. The recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds are offered.
