Problems and ways for improving personnel management in a sports organization

The work raises problems associated with the search for effective approaches to personnel management in industry-oriented organizations, which are caused by the need to make management decisions in multifactorial conditions of legal changes in activities, limited funding, and problems with human resources.The analysis shows that the sports organization during the period of the research is in the process of transition from a sports school to a sports school of additional education, which causes certain worries and worries among the team. However, the stable position of the sports organization, both in the structure of the educational and physical culture space of the region, and in budget financing, allows us to hope for the successful adaptation of personnel to the changing operating conditions. It has been determined that personnel management is a multifaceted systemic process. The work, based on the results of the research, substantiates that when searching for effective approaches to personnel management, it is necessary to study and assess the current climate in the team, as well as the individual characteristics of each member of the work team. The article also raises the topic of the need to develop a system for monitoring the personnel of a sports organization and proposes a set of measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of personnel management in an industry context.
