Problems and ways of improvement of legislative regulation of investment activity

The article presents some gaps in the legislative regulation of investment policy. The problem of legal regulation of investment activity in Russia is analyzed. Recommendations on the process of improving the legislation are presented. The primary guidelines for the implementation of the national investment policy are determined. A number of attractive features of the Russian economy for external investors are presented.
