Problems and solutions for preparing the unemployed population during an earthquake

This article discusses the issues of improving the effectiveness of the system of training the unemployed population to protect themselves from emergency situations related to earthquakes, as well as the issues of broad involvement of young people in the development of this area, the creation of voluntary rescue teams in cooperation with young students of higher educational institutions and other organizations.
