Problems and possible correctives of article 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Rehabilitation of nazism"

The purpose of this paper is to examine the problematic aspects of article 354.1. The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which arose in connection with the shortcomings made by the legislator. The article examines the composition of the crime, the basic aspects of the approach of the foreign legislator examined materials related to judicial practice and actions of law enforcement agencies.
