Problems of information support for management processes in the digital environment

The article explores information decentralization as a problem of information support for management processes in the digital environment and examines the role of digital technologies in shaping this phenomenon. The authors analyze technological drivers of information decentralization (blockchain, EdgeComputing, artificial intelligence) and their synergy with organizational changes, such as the shift toward network structures and Agile methodologies. Through case studies (e.g., Haier, blockchain platforms in logistics),the article demonstrates how data decentralization enhances transparency, reduces transaction costs, and accelerates decision-making. The study confirms the interdependence of information decentralization and management decentralization: technologies create the infrastructure for data distribution, while new organizational models ensure its effective utilization.
