Inforsment's problems of discipline of the integrated corporations in the field of execution of debt obligations

Legal problems of compulsion of the legal entities controlling activities of one or several economic societies in the integrated corporations are considered to perform subsidiary responsibility on debt obligations of the last. The conclusion is drawn that existence of gaps in the legislation promotes evasion of guilty persons from execution of debt obligations and allows intentional bankruptcy, unprovable judicially for the benefit of creditors, as means of debt write-off.
