In this scientific paper Russian researchers give their point of view about irreversibility in the process of the development of Russia, its society and education in the way of innovative transformation. The necessity in working out the demands to university graduates from the point of view of their readiness for innovative activity is underlined. Explaining the necessity is done according to the results of the analysis of Krasnoyarsk students' answers who evaluated themselves according to the indicators determining them as personalities who can join the processes of assimilation, introduction and production of innovations. The suggestion that success in innovative activity depends on a person's ability to build interaction and make dialogue is given in this paper.
