The investment climate in the region of innovation

This article discusses the development of innovative management problems in the Russian Federation on the basis of statistical data on the organizations involved in the innovation process, the share of innovative products in the total volume of goods and services, analysis of expenditures on science and education, and economic trends. Revealed a problem of understanding managers need for a systematic approach to innovation management at both the enterprise and at the level of public authorities.
