Problems of integrated education in modern Russia (according to studies of 1990s)

The article discusses the problems of special education in modern Russia. The approaches to the transformation of the current system of education to give it a greater degree of tolerance for all categories of students are analyzed. The author assesses the social policy in the education field and explores the development of the institution of mixed education.
