The optimal nutrient medium and physical and chemical parameters for tinder fungus cultivation are determined. It is shown that tinder fungus propagates actively on the semisynthetic medium with beer mash рН 5,5-5,8 addition. The recommended temperature of cultivation is 25-27 0С.
