Problems of execution of criminal penalties for committing criminal offenses

The article is devoted to the problems of the execution of punishments not related to imprisonment for committing criminal offenses. Criminal misdemeanors were introduced into legislative circulation in 2014 in connection with the adoption of a new criminal law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Taking into account the above, in the process of law enforcement, a number of problems have arisen related to the application of punishments for committing criminal offenses. The author carried out an in-depth analysis of the problem under consideration and proposed measures to improve the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
