Problems of using insurance surety in the implementation of life cycle contracts

The authors analyze the process of development in Russia of public-private partnerships and life cycle contracts (LCC), one of which is an insurance guarantee. Consider its advantages and disadvantages. They offer options for the development of the regulatory framework for the start of the implementation of insurance guarantees in order to protect the property interests of the LCC participants. They come to the conclusion about the relevance of the study of international instruments to ensure the implementation of these contracts.
