Problems of changing the type of permitted use of a land plot

The aim of this research is to identify the main issues that arise when changing the permitted use of a land plot. The study identifies five key spheres of human activity that are related to the emergence of problems in the context of changing the permitted use of a land plot. The article examines the following areas: economics, ecology, social development, cultural values, and legal practice. Great attention is paid to the problems related to the preservation of cultural and natural values, deterioration of the ecological situation, and socio-economic consequences of changing the permitted use of land. Based on the analysis of these issues, the authors conclude that it is necessary to carefully study and assess the consequences of changing the permitted use of land in order to take more effective measures to address emerging social problems and preserve cultural and natural values.
