The article analyzes a number of issues of the new electronic interaction of the notary with Rosreestr. The article critically substantiates the position of the Federal notary chamber on the advantages of interdepartmental electronic interaction between the EIS of the notary and other institutions, in particular, after the changes in the legislation on the notary since February 01, 2019.
