Problems of the jurisdictional out-of-court procedure when protecting the civil rights

The articles presents major problems of the out-of-court procedure of the civil rights protection. This procedure is given much less attention in the civil law science that the in-court procedure of protection. The essence, the purpose and types of this civil right protection procedure are shown. The defects of the juridical-technical defects of this procedure’s formalities in the RF CC are explained. The necessity is proved of reviewing the jurisdictional out-of-court procedure in the subject of the civil law science and not the public law science’s one.
