The article studies the factors of success and failure of clinical and psychological counseling and psychotherapy, the importance of psychotherapist's professional attitude in the correct health and disorder assessment of the patient. Professional attitude involves skepticism and the reflection of both the therapist's and patient's mistakes which are the result of the intention to demystify the situation. He seeks to bring what is happening with the patient to the usual pattern (stereotype), ignoring both personality traits of the patient and ethical norms of professional activity. The author notes that the modern society and patients claim that the psychotherapy and medical treatment do not help as much as purposefully manufacture false diseases and falsify diagnoses and treatment. In spite of the noncritical deification of "objectivity" and "omnipotence" of medicine, modern researchers believe that medicine in general is "a science of lie", filled with errors, incidents and inaccuracies, rife with conflicts of interests as manifestations of attempts of medical professionals to strengthen their social and spiritual power in the community, increase the payability and profitability of health business...
