Статья посвящена рассмотрению факторов успешности и неуспешности клинико-психологического консультирования и психотерапии, роли сформированной профессиональной позиции врача (психотерапевта) в правильной оценке состояния и особенностей нарушений у больного. Профессиональная позиция предполагает скептицизм и рефлексию собственных ошибок и ошибок клиента, возникающих в результате стремления упростить понимание происходящего, свести происходящее с пациентом к привычной схеме (стереотипу), игнорируя как личностные особенности пациента, так и этические нормативы профессиональной деятельности. Отмечается, что в современном мире претензии общества к психотерапевтической помощи достигли уровня, когда общество и пациенты ставят вопрос о том, что психотерапия и врачебная помощь не столько помогают, сколько целенаправленно «фабрикуют» больных и болезни, фальсифицируют диагнозы и процессы лечения. Вопреки некритичному обожествлению «объективности» и «всемогущества» медицины, современные исследователи полагают, что медицина в целом есть «наука лжи», переполненная ошибками, казусами и неточностями, изобилующая конфликтами интересов как проявлениями попыток медицинских работников укрепить свою социальную и духовную власть в сообществе, повысить рентабельность и доходность медицинского бизнеса...

Quality problems of clinical and psychological counseling and training
The article studies the factors of success and failure of clinical and psychological counseling and psychotherapy, the importance of psychotherapist's professional attitude in the correct health and disorder assessment of the patient. Professional attitude involves skepticism and the reflection of both the therapist's and patient's mistakes which are the result of the intention to demystify the situation. He seeks to bring what is happening with the patient to the usual pattern (stereotype), ignoring both personality traits of the patient and ethical norms of professional activity. The author notes that the modern society and patients claim that the psychotherapy and medical treatment do not help as much as purposefully manufacture false diseases and falsify diagnoses and treatment. In spite of the noncritical deification of "objectivity" and "omnipotence" of medicine, modern researchers believe that medicine in general is "a science of lie", filled with errors, incidents and inaccuracies, rife with conflicts of interests as manifestations of attempts of medical professionals to strengthen their social and spiritual power in the community, increase the payability and profitability of health business...
