The Majority of Russian citizens, being clients of banks, at different stages of their life cycle faced problems of poor-quality banking services. Competent and timely solution of real problems, as well as forecasting and anticipating new ones, will undoubtedly improve the servicing of retail and corporate customers by banks. The article is devoted to the study of the problems of quality of banking services in relation to corporate clients. The criteria for the choice of corporate clients of banking services, the principles of quality management of banking services, the possibility of maintaining the quality of banking services.
