Challenges and opportunities of physical education in Omsk SAU

The article describes question of physical conditions of student girls those entered at institute of economy and finance of university named Dostoevsky. It analyses results of entrance control. Data of statistical researching of physical conditions student girls for during some years are given in table. Those results indicate low level control tests (running 100 meters, long jump from the place, push-gymnastic benches). For improving students physical conditions they offer to diversify methods and resources physical training. They give ways of solution this task and recommend complex exercises with skipping rope and force focus. Admittedly main factor of increasing the physical training role is forming social significant motive to physical exercises. At present time leading a healthy lifestyle and going in for sport come to be in vogue. The introduction of the standards GTO could help to motivate to engage in physical culture too. Systematic physical training and sport contribute to the development of important physical qualities like the force, the flexibility, the speed, the endurance, the agility and the education a valuable moral-volitional qualities like the courage, the determination, the discipline, the persistence in achieving goals. In this context it would be interesting to discuss the possibility of obtaining qualification documents - certificate of conferment qualification of instructor for chosen sport, for students of sport improvement groups. It could increase a motivation to do physical exercises and do sports.
