Problems of personnel in tourist branch of the Republic of Buryatia

Formation of uniform tourist-recreational system is a necessary condition of development of territory on the basis of sustainable development principles. Effective functioning of special tourist-recreational zones is impossible without highly-skilled personnel. Thereupon the necessity of organizing in the Republic of Buryatiya a system of continuous tourist education arises, which includes initial, secondary, higher, additional and post higher education.
