Features of the implementation of national projects in the field of healthcare in the Trans-Baikal territory

The territory of this study is the Trans-Baikal Territory, a border subject of the Russian Federation. The existing features of the settlement system, the natural and socio-economic component are reflected in the organization of medical care for the population and its morbidity, which significantly distinguishes the region from other areas of the country and necessitates additional regional studies. Among the negative characteristics inherent in many other regions of the East of Russia, one can note the low level of socio-economic development of the region, significant migration losses, low per capita budgetary provision of social sectors - education and health care, raw material specialization of its economy and a high degree of negative impact on the natural environment, environment and public health. Purpose of the article isstudy of the features of the implementation of national projects in the field of healthcare in the Trans-Baikal Territory Methods and objects of the research are the Trans-Baikal Territory and analysis, synthesis, classification of information, bibliographic analysis, economic calculations. Special methods were: methods of observation and comparison, statistical and dynamic data analysis Results: a study was made of the specifics of the implementation of national projects in the field of healthcare in the Trans-Baikal Territory. Conclusions: ongoing processes of socio-economic transformations, including in the regional healthcare system, indirectly affect the health of its inhabitants and the availability of medical care. Therefore, a balanced regional policy and strategic directions for the development of the border region of Russia should be formed on the basis of scientifically substantiated proposals.
