Problems of personnel security of health care organizations

The article is devoted to current problems of staffing health care organizations. The analysis of personnel problems, their causes. The analysis is supported by data from the Federal State Statistics Service for Russia and the Krasnodar Territory. Directions for solving the identified problems are suggested, which are supported by laws and special programs adopted at the federal and regional levels.
