Problems of personnel policy in customs authorities

This article discusses the features of the personnel policy of customs authorities, their problems, as well as possible solutions. Federal regulatory legal acts are used to determine the current state of the personnel policy of customs authorities in order to identify patterns of personnel formation. Various methods are proposed to improve the quality of recruitment of personnel entering the service of customs officials. The emphasis is on the procedure of personnel policy, its features and what forms the personnel of customs authorities to one degree or another. Identification of a number of problems with their subsequent solution will significantly improve the efficiency of the customs authorities, form a more coherent structure, which, in turn, will facilitate the external economic activity of the state.
