Problems of classification of commercial bank insurance risks in the banking sector consolidation

The author analyzes the stages of mergers and acquisitions of commercial banks and opened the main risks inherent in banks in the implementation of selected activities. She critically evaluates the proposed classification of modern scholars and the author group insurance risks of commercial banks, which may arise in transactions of this kind.
