The compliance problems at therapy of the patients who are being on compulsory treatment

In the article compliance problems occurring at carrying out of compulsory treatment are considered. Compliance was studied in 3 groups of patients. The choice of group was made by the patients, according to their «hierarchical» place. In the mentioned divisions it was possible to define groups of patients with predictably positive and negative attitudes in the system of compliance relationship building. High importance of 3 factors, defining the degree of compliance in conditions of compulsory therapy, is shown: the attitude of the patient towards the carried out compulsory treatment, contacts with the doctor, the psychological and the existing psychopathological features of the patient
