Problems of quality control of educational disciplines development in the conditions of electronic educational environment (through the Moodle system)

The article discusses the essential characteristics of the educational information environment, due to the SCORM standard. The authors analyzed the research results published in scientific journals in the field of implementing distance learning technologies for disciplines. Both positive and negative aspects of the presented training regime are highlighted. The advantages of using the Moodle SDE in modern educational institutions are described, which determine its widespread adoption in higher education institutions, in particular, in the FSAEI HE “VGAFK”. A set of indicators is considered, which ensure the formation of an assessment of the quality of student work with theoretical materials posted on the educational portal of the academy, as well as educational achievements of an applied nature. The authors identified factors, that reduce the level of objectivity of diagnostic results carried out in the remote access mode and substantiates the need to optimize the process of monitoring the development of training courses in a remote format.
