Problems of coordination of municipal and state control (supervision)

Purpose: Consideration of the problems of coordination between the municipal and state authorities in the field of control and surveillance activities. Methodology: formal-legal and theoretical methods were used. Results: The article reveals the coordination of legal regulation of municipal and state control (supervision). Identify trends of control and supervision, on the basis of interaction between the state and municipal authorities. Novelty/originality/value: The scientific value and practical significance of the article lies in the fact that it suggested an understanding of the need for a comprehensive approach to the interpretation of the control and supervisory activities of public authority. The article is of value to the state authorities and local self-government.
