The problems of crisis families in the modern Russian society (on example of the Perm edge)

The article is devoted to the consideration of a crisis family in modern Russian society as a social phenomenon. It has a certain hierarchy of problems, both at the state level and at the level of a particular region. In addition, the author outlines the main approaches to understanding the essence of a crisis family. The problems, considered in the article, require operative actions on the part of the members of the crisis family, the state and public organizations. Moreover, the results of the study, carried out by the author of the article, made it possible to identify the disadvantages of the social policy of Perm region.
