Questions of qualification of the crimes committed by health professionals in the sphere of their professional activity do not have clear answers and discussions among lawyers. Special difficulties in forensic practice distinguishing criteria are causing negligence in the provision of medical care from other related formulations. However, the negligence has characteristics that distinguish it from the more common crimes committed by medical officers in the performance of their professional duties.
