Problems of qualification of illicitable forest forest locations

Сurrently there is an increase in environmental crimes, including illegal logging of forest plantations. The article analyzes the elements of the crime under article 260 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation, with the identification of some problems of qualification of the crime. The ways of improvement of criminal legislation in the field of forest and non-forest plantations protection are proposed in this article.
