Problems of qualification of crimes in the field of economics

This study highlights the current problems associated with the qualification of economic criminal acts. The level of organization of activities to combat crime in the economic sphere is very low, due to the presence of a large number of gaps in the current legislation and in the established system of detection and investigation of crimes in the field of economics, as well as difficulties often arising in law enforcement activities related to the delimitation of economic criminal acts from identical legitimate social processes, as well as related to the process of proving the criminalistic features of an economic criminal act and its various factual circumstances.
