Problems of classification of the use of violence against authority officers

The article analyses the controversial issues of the use of violence against authority officers. Various scholar points of view on the object of the Article 318 of the Criminal Code, on the range of victims suffered from violence are investigated, the notion of “violence” is analysed and propositions on improvement of the liability norm for the use of violence against an authority officer are put forward.
