Problems of qualification of abuse of official powers

The author considers the issues of qualification and delimitation of related offences acts under article 285 of the criminal code (abuse of power). The problems of confusion of concepts contained in the norms of the law and the impact of this process on the work of law enforcement agencies are also considered. Proposals are made that can potentially contribute to the optimization of criminal legislation and fill gaps in the law.
