Problems of mass staff recruitment at the present stage

This article is devoted to the main problems and their solutions of mass staff recruitment. The purpose of this article is the research of theoretical and practical aspects of process of mass selection on the basis of modern technologies. Methods of the analysis and synthesis, a problem method and statistical have been used. It is confirmed that there are rather effective methods and technologies of mass staff recruitment, however for a solution it is the most productive, it makes sense to address to the specialized recruiting agency.
