Problems of material stimulation of industrial workers’ labor productivity

A necessity to stimulate the increase of the workforce productivity in modern conditions of industrial production is proven. The factors influencing determination of the payment level at domestic industrial enterprises are singled out. The international comparisons of the cost of work among workers hired in the Russian Federation and the level of their wages’ purchasing capacity are conducted. The problems of material stimulation of the workers employed by the Russian industrial enterprises are revealed. The basic directions of the wages’ stimulating influence on the labor activity of hired workers are identified.
