Problems of media information literacy of teachers of professional educational organizations (on the example of the Chelyabinsk region)

The article examines the results of a sociological study conducted by the Center for Monitoring Social Networks in 2020 among teachers of professional educational organizations of the Chelyabinsk region. The aim of the study was to identify the most pressing problems in the organization of preventive work with students on media information literacy. In the course of the study, the attitude of the teaching staff of the secondary vocational education system to the use of the Internet as an information resource and a space for educational activities was studied. The material contains statistical data describing the main trends in the formation of media and information literacy of teachers.
