Problems of methodology of formation forensic investigation techniques of transnational crimes

The relevance of the article is due to the absence in the science of forensic science of a general methodology for investigating transnational crimes and the lack of a uniform methodological approach to the formation of private methods of investigating transnational crimes. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the formation of knowledge about transnational crimes. The tasks were implemented using general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, dialectical method) and formal legal method. Analyzing the legislation and monographic studies, the author comes to the conclusion about the gradual formation of the content of forensic techniques for investigating trans-national crimes. Based on the results of the study, the characteristics of the current state of forensic techniques for investigating transnational crimes and the prospects for their development are identified.
