The article raises the problem of “easy solutions” in the scientific community by the example of the discovery of so-called mirror neurons in the brain and advancement of a hypothesis of their relationship with empathy, which gave rise to a wave of subsequent research in medicine, philosophy, psychology, pedagogy, and law. In this context, a crucial question is raised in the field of world law: if we naturalize moral views on the basis of “fashionable” biological discoveries, then the boundaries of morality must be expanded to an infinity of different variations of psychiatric diseases. Modern science, in pursuit of fashion, often shifts the focus from deepening the knowledge of the classical school to the search for the «new». On the one hand, digitalization has opened up new opportunities for interdisciplinary research, but, on the other hand, there is an ideologically conditioned idea of a person behind every theory.
