The problems of modernization of the territory dividing (on the basis of Rostov region information)

The article is devoted to the social and economic modernization of the administrative-territorial division of the Rostov Region. The historical aspects of the Rostov Region were researched. It is shown that the problem of modernization of the administrative-territorial division should be regarded as an objective process.
