Problems of mesolevel infrastructure’s modernization in the Russian economy

The article carries out a research of the infrastructure and its enhancement prospects on the mesolevel of the Russian economic. The authors educe dysfunctions of the market and state’s institutions in system-forming infrastructure’s modernization, and present approaches to development of the infrastructure modernization resources’ provision.
