The article analyzes the problems of labor motivation and incentives for the staff of agribusiness enterprises, since personnel management covers a wide range of functions from hiring to firing an employee, among which are personnel motivation. The level of financial status of the enterprise as a whole depends on how many employees are interested in the final result of the work. The main levers of motivation are incentives and motives. If a stimulus means a reward of a certain form (for example, wages), then the motive is an internal motive force (desire, attraction, etc.). Labor motivation is one of the most important functions of management in agribusiness.
