Motivation problems of labor behavior in Russia

The article deals with the problems of labor motivation in Russia. The availability of legal, economic, socio-psychological, managerial and moral problems in the system of labor motivation is singled out and justified. The examples of foreign and successful domestic experience in building labor motivation systems at enterprises are given. The necessity of the solution of these problems is substantiated not only at the micro-, but also at the macro level.
