Problems of municipal auctions and real estate tenders

The article discusses issues related to the need for auctions and tenders when selling land and property at the municipal level. The methodological basis of the study was the approach developed by Russian authors to the analysis of problems associated with auctions. When conducting the study, the author used general scientific methods of structural, logical and functional analysis. It is economically expedient to use auctions and tenders in the sale of municipal property and to avoid issues related to the material interest of the organization of such tenders.
