Problems of supervisory activities of prosecution authorities aimed at preventing and identifying competitive interests

The article deals with the problems that arise during the exercise of prosecution authorities powers to supervise the implementation of anti-corruption legislation in terms of preventing and resolving competitive interests in the state and municipal service. Legislative regulation of liability for non-compliance with requirements and failure to take measures for prevention and resolving conflicts of interest has a number of shortcomings and needs to be improved. We have proposed the ways of resolving the problems of law enforcement in this area for increasing the efficiency of supervisory activities.
