Problems of accumulation pension insurance at the modern stage of development of pension system

This article notes that the method of formation and realization of an accumulative element of labor pensions has shown the ineffectiveness in achievement of expected results. Public Chamber of Russian Federation and experts community in the past few years considered actual problems of development of accumulation pension insurance. In this article key directions of development of accumulative pension insurance are defined and specific system ways of its legislative implementation are offered. Here formulated major problems, creating of modern accumulative pension system without solving this problems is impossible.
